“My greatest joy comes from watching people unwrap their spiritual gifts and grow and develop as leaders.”
Stan Toler

Stan Toler (1950-2017) was a dynamic speaker, bestselling author, and compassionate teacher who won friends and influenced people globally. His approachable and interactive leadership style fostered a high-energy, collaborative environment where growth and change occur. Stan was committed to the idea that everyone, with even a small amount of leadership talent, can become a good—even great—leader.

Toler was an engaging presenter with a terrific sense of humor and the charm of a Southern storyteller. He spoke in eighty countries and shared the platform with such well-known leaders as John C. Maxwell, Zig Ziglar, Jerry Lucas, Rick Warren, Bill Hybels and Cy Young Award winner R.A. Dickey.

Toler pulled from a rich history of leadership experience. He served as a successful pastor; as vice president for John C. Maxwell’s INJOY Leadership Institute; was the Executive Founder and Director of the Resource Center for Pastoral Leadership at Southern Nazarene University; and was elected General Superintendent for The Church of the Nazarene. Zig Ziglar said of Toler’s expertise, “Stan teaches principles and procedures that will build a business, a church, a home, a community, or a nation.”

A prolific writer, Toler authored more than one hundred books. Bestsellers include The Secret Blend, The Relational Leader, The Exceptional Leader, The Inspirational Speaker’s Resource, ReThink Your Life, TERRIFIC! Five Star Customer Service, Total Quality Life, and his popular Minute Motivator series. His books have sold more than three million copies worldwide.

Dr. Toler received his heavenly reward November 18, 2017, after a valiant and victorious battle with cancer. In between his grueling medical treatments, his positive and courageous attitude saw him speaking in seminars and on Revive America tours just weeks before his death.
