Client Impact Story: B.C. Clark Jewelers
Q&A with Lane Roberds, Director of Training & Development

B.C. Clark Jewelers is Oklahoma’s oldest jewelry store and oldest retail store under the same name and ownership. The organization now has three Oklahoma City stores and a staff of more than eighty people.

A: BC Jewelers has one of the most highly trained group of jewelry sales professionals in the Midwest. But that’s only half the equation. We also pride ourselves on providing the highest possible level of customer service to our customers. As director of training and development, I am charged with providing our growing staff with the very best leaders, teachers, and speakers to guide us in achieving this goal. Stan continues to provide value and insight to our organization every time we’re together.
A: Stan has the unique ability to fully grasp our business challenges and illustrate effective applications for our everyday relationships with customers, one another, and those in our personal lives. This, combined with his insight, humor, and experience, results in an unforgettable learning experience.
A: Stan’s sessions bring enlightenment to our staff, encouraging them to maintain healthy balance and higher performance in both their professional and personal lives. Stan has made such an impact on our staff and organization that he was awarded the B.C. Clark G.O.L.D. Leadership Award, the highest award we give to someone outside our industry. Stan’s recent seminar, TERRIFIC! Five Star Customer Service, was our best learning experience yet. This seminar allowed our staff to learn excellent customer service from the perspective of others who have done it exceptionally well, then apply overarching truths to our own scenarios.

Stan’s ‘TERRIFIC’ book and seminar have contributed to our organization’s continued success. I encourage anyone committed to improving their professional and personal relationships and achieving a higher level of accomplishment to book this seminar.
